BetMGM Launches SideBet Jackpots Feature in Michigan
BetMGM has introduced a new progressive jackpot feature to players in Michigan, called SideBet Jackpots, giving users extra chances to win on participating casino games.
SideBet Jackpots is available on over 200 eligible titles, and the gambling operator plans to continue rolling out the feature on additional games.
The feature allows users to make an optional SideBet worth $0.10 on qualifying bets. Every side bet is then added to a shared progressive jackpot network, which will continue to rise with each new wager placed on participating games until a qualifying win occurs.
In SideBet Jackpots, four progressive jackpot tiers are available: Mini, Minor, Major, and Mega, which start at $100, $6,000, $30,000, and $500,000, respectively.
The Mega Jackpot, the feature’s largest jackpot available, currently sits at over $618,000, and it will continue to grow as BetMGM players wager across eligible titles in Michigan.
BetMGM’s Vice President of Gaming, Oliver Bartlett, said, “SideBet Jackpots expands the ways players can engage with our casino offering while creating additional opportunities to win across a growing network of games. It’s another example of how we’re investing in product enhancements that help distinguish BetMGM Casino.” BetMGM plans to launch SideBet Jackpots in its additional markets in the coming months, pending regulatory approval.
