Baltimore Orioles Announce Sports Betting Partnership with PureWager Group

The MLB franchise, the Baltimore Orioles, has announced a new partnership with gambling technology firm PureWager Group.

Under the agreement, PureWager will become the team’s exclusive sports betting partner and sponsor a newly branded fan area at the Orioles’ stadium, the PureWager Pavilion.

The space, a covered social section beneath the stadium’s main scoreboard, will be available for both private events and general admission during games.

The deal comes after the Orioles’ previous partnership with SuperBook Sports ended unsuccessfully.

That agreement, launched alongside Maryland’s introduction of legal online betting in 2022, unraveled when SuperBook ceased operations in the state in 2024. Stadium branding tied to the partnership was later removed, and associated facilities were closed the following year.

PureWager has also indicated its own plans to launch an online sportsbook in Maryland in 2026, though that will depend on regulatory approval.

“We’re honored PureWager Group chose to join forces with the Orioles as they break into the US market, and we know that this will be the start of a bright future for them in sports betting on this side of the pond,” said Don Rovak, the Orioles’ chief revenue officer. “We’re confident our fans are going to enjoy the PureWager Pavilion, and it will quickly become a destination where both individual fans and large groups come together to enjoy a game at one of the most iconic ballparks in baseball.”
